Welcome to the web site! My name is Brian Handley and I am the principal of Vista Grande Elementary School. I hope you find our site useful and informative. There are links to information about the school calendar, upcoming events, and even copies of flyers, etc. I encourage you to explore the site and use it as a resource to keep informed about our school. We are continually improving and adding features to the site in order to keep our Vista Grande families connected.
Our school is a high performing school of 550 students in kindergarten through fifth grade, annually ranking among the top 10% of schools in California. We are located in a suburban, unincorporated community 20 minutes east of San Diego. Vista Grande teachers and staff work continuously to ensure the highest quality instruction for our students.
