- Calls made as necessary to remind and inform

- Reliable up-to-date information
- The Opt-In email feature
- E-mail sent to parents who Opt-In, such as:
- Reminders for school-wide and grade specific activities
- Special notifications, i.e. instructions if school is closed due to a snow storm
