Activity Contribution Music Department Student Contribution GOAL for every student to raise or donate $90!!! As you may know this program is dependent on outside financial assistance. There is no funding from the district or school site to support this program. We are dependent on you and sponsors to finance this program. IN NO WAY WILL ANY STUDENT BE ELIMINATED, DISCRIMINATED OR DENIED ACCESS TO THIS DEPARTMENT based on this financially. See Mr. Caldwell if you need assistance. What does your "Contributions" pay for? This is the general Budget. Come to HMDPA meetings to get the official budget. Approx cost per year $ Festival Entrance Fees and Memberships ($ 2000) $ Expert Staff -Mr. Reed, Piano Accompaniment, Coach for every inst. ($20000) $ Transportation (festivals, community events, local schools and DISNEYLAND) ($ 3000) $ Instruments for student use ($ 2000) $ Percussion upkeep drum heads are very expensive ($ 1500) $ Music, Music and more Music.
